I specialize in Complex Trauma (C-PTSD) - when we experience several traumas over time, especially during important periods in childhood. Often, unhealthy relationship and behavior patterns are related to these experiences that have shaped us and are difficult to change on your own. Ultimately, the goal is for you to develop skills to manage your emotions and make healthier decisions in your life.
